Ticket sales dutyWEDNESDAY Lower Sec recess: Yi Tong, Yu Xuan, Satvin Upper Sec recess: Delson, Lin Zhi, Alex After Sch 2.10pm to 3.10 pm: Atiqah, Chris, Yu Ting 3.10pm to 4.10pm: Sabina, Michelle, Shu Wen FRIDAY Lower Sec recess: Yi Tong, Yu Xuan, Satvin Upper Sec recess: Delson, Lin Zhi, Alex After Sch 12.30pm to 1.30pm: Sarah, Jing Ru, Ivy 1.30pm to 2.30 pm: Amelia, Sun Yu, Ying Jie 2.30pm to 3.30 pm: Swee Ying, Fionna, Wei En THINGS TO NOTE: During the recess shift, the ICs(in red) will collect the tickets from Ms Chen Yi. The ICs, will just hold on to the money and tickets and continue selling the leftover ones during the next recess. The IC will then pass the leftover tickets and the collected money to Secretary Heads during the next practice. Booth will be in the canteen beside Red Cross room. For the IC(in red) of the 1st shift after school, go collect the tcikets from Ms Chen and let the next shift continue with the leftovers. The IC for the last shift will then pass the leftover tickets and the collected money to Secretary Heads during the next practice. Booth will be at foyer. When selling tickets, please wave the tickets at the student and ask if the want to buy. Please make use of the poster outside the Red Cross room. If the amount you collect is really huge eg $100+ please hand the money to the teachers for safekeeping. Any questions sms me. Linda |
